What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders.
My order was lost, stolen or damaged. What should I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@shopbluebay.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return a product?
To start a return, contact us at hello@shopbluebay.com. Items must be returned to: 121/24 Lake Weyba Drive, Noosaville 4566 - QLD. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

What are your towels made of?
Each Blue Bay towel is made from 28 recycled PET bottles. Eco-friendly, durable and built to last.
Are your towels really sand-free?
Yes! Our towels are made with a special technology that repels sand — just give it a shake and the sand falls right off.
How should I care for my towel?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with liquid detergent. Hang it out and it dries incredibly fast! Low heat if using a dryer. Never store damp. No ironing needed — built to last. ♻️
